We all enjoy that satisfying feeling when you achieve something. When the end result, that required so much time and energy finally lays before you. When people work together, one-minded, so every person can make his or her own unique contribution. Randy David possesses this ability. Whether it is in client workshops or with his own team, he understands how to unite people – also how to lead without hindering, but if necessary, applying the brakes if a project threatens to move in the wrong direction.
