We all enjoy that satisfying feeling when you achieve something. When the end result, that required so much time and energy finally lays before you. When people work together, one-minded, so every person can make his or her own unique contribution. Bringing these people together,  the ability to motivate them so they can perform at their best, never losing sight of a project’s objectives, this is strong leadership. Randy David possesses this ability. Whether it is in client workshops or with his own team, he understands how to unite people – also how to lead without hindering, but if necessary, applying the brakes if a project threatens to move in the wrong direction. But the fact that participants are usually enjoying their work, is probably credit  to their team leader’s enthusiasm and positive attitude.
