What happens when talent and desire play together?

 

 

A lot of time can pass between the client brief and final production, but not necessarily. Randy David has the ability to understand a task quickly, let the ideas bubble to the surface, and sketch them to paper. After the creative phase it is execution that counts. This is precisely where it’s not always easy to keep all the balls in the air, especially while working under a great deal of pressure. Or is it?  At ease, goal focussed and organizational skills help him keep it all together. If he has a secret recipe, then it’s that he can get excited about a task, and see it through to completion. One could perhaps call it “creative efficiency”.
